At Inés Aguinaga Interiors we are aware that our customers will be sharing some sensitive personal information with us, from their home address to simply their contact details, either in person, over the telephone, by email or through our website.

We will not voluntarily disclose our customers’ personal data with anyone outside our studio. Moreover, when hiring interior design services with the studio, the client and the studio will enter into a Service Agreement where all the confidentiality obligations for the studio will be regulated under a confidentiality clause, which will be subject to the governing Law that may apply to such agreement.

However, we may disclose such information if required to do so by a valid Court Order or if requested to do so by regulatory authorities and appropriate agencies to conduct anti-money laundering activity and to assist with fraud protection.
